Urban Design Ghostwriter

You were told the work speaks for itself.
It doesn't.Your storytelling does.

I ghostwrite educational email courses and newsletters for urban design leaders — so your expertise builds an audience, not just a portfolio.

Carina Vera Kinsman

If you recognize any of these.

Then this is for you.

Sharing what you know about the problems you care about isn't self-promotion. It's a professional obligation — and that's all marketing really is.

My goal is simple. Build your thought leadership — without you doing all the writing.

A few ways I can help you do that.

Educational Email Course (EEC)

A done-for-you 5-day email sequence built around a concept only you can teach. We research, write, and sequence everything — you get a lead-generating course that educates your ideal audience and warms them towards the next step. On autopilot.

Voice training · Strategy · Writing · Sequencing
80%+ open rates across all five days.

Newsletter Ghostwriting

Consistent, on-brand newsletters written entirely in your voice. We research, draft, and deliver. Week after week, your ideas reach the people who need to hear them.

Voice training · Content strategy · Monthly writing and editing

Before working with Carina, my content was more sporadic and harder to execute at a high level consistently. Now it's more regular, more polished, and more aligned with the ideas I want to communicate. I'd recommend Carina to anyone who has strong ideas but needs a partner who can structure, refine, and elevate them without losing their voice — especially leaders building a distinct point of view.

Why an urban designer became a ghostwriter

I trained as an urban designer. For my thesis, I chose to write about urban design instead of building a typical design project — which probably tells you everything about where my interests were heading.

At the intersection of the built environment, writing, and the thing most design professionals resist — marketing — I found my niche.

I say "resist" because I understand it. The embarrassment. The worry about seeming self-promotional. The belief that the work should speak for itself. I've worked through that belief myself. It's now the first thing I address with every client before I write a single word.

What I bring that a generic marketing agency can't: I speak the language. I understand what urban design actually means and why it matters. The people I work with have genuine ideas worth sharing. They just need a partner who can structure, refine, and give those ideas a shelf life beyond the next project.

She speaks the language

Trained as an urban designer. Not a generalist marketer guessing at what your work means — someone who's lived inside this field.

Voice-first process

Everything starts with deep voice training on your existing content. The output sounds like you, not like a ghostwriter. Clients don't disclose because they don't need to.

Anti-AI writing standards

Every piece passes a strict human-writing checklist. In an era when AI-generated content is everywhere, genuinely human writing is increasingly rare — and valuable.

Infrastructure, not just content

An email list, an EEC, a newsletter — this is a content system with compound returns, not a one-off deliverable.

Your ideas are worth more than your last proposal.

Book a free 30-minute call and let's figure out exactly how to get them in front of the people who need to hear them.

Start a conversation

A focused 30-minute call — your expertise, your audience, and whether a content system makes sense for where you want to go. You walk away with clarity either way.
